- Pattern index
- Other material characteristics that were specifically listed in the product description
- Technical Issues: If a technical error occurred during the transaction process that resulted in an incorrect purchase or duplicate charges.
Refund Timeframe
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within the following timeframes:
- Non-Delivery Claims: Within 48 hours of completing the payment
- Product Not as Described Claims: Within 24 hours of receiving the CS2 skin(s)
- Technical Issue Claims: Within 72 hours of the transaction
Refund requests submitted after these timeframes may not be considered.
Refund Process

- Upon approval of your refund request, we will process the refund according to the timeline and method outlined below.
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request has been approved:
- Refunds to credit/debit cards typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
- PayPal refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days.
- Cryptocurrency refunds may take 1-3 business days to process, depending on blockchain network conditions.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Refund Method
Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit/debit card payments will be refunded to the same card.
- PayPal payments will be refunded to the same PayPal account.

Special Circumstances
